Professor Henry Brodaty of the University of New South Wales and Director of the DCRC - Assessment and Better Care has co-authored a new book titled 'Managing Depression Growing Older'. The book examines depression in older adults, designed as a tool to help people identify depression and support a person with depression. It emphasises on the importance of diet, exercise and attitude in helping a person recover from depression.
